Terms and conditions

PERIODS (dd / mm):

Low season: from 16.09. to 14.06

Mid-season: from 15.06. to 30.06. - from 01.09. to 15.09.

High season: from 01.07. to 31.08.

MINIMUM STAY

High and mid-season: 7 nights

For shorter stays, please contact us to check the availability of accommodation.

Low season: 3 nights

BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHOD

It is possible to book accommodation, subject to confirmation of availability, by e-mail or telephone. 

Reservations are considered valid and confirmed only once a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount has been received, paid by bank transfer.

The balance of the payment must be made within 24 hours of arrival.

The reservation will be officially confirmed by e-mail after receiving the payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, with full refund of the deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned.

CHECK IN

From 15:30 to 19:30.

Possibility to arrive at different times, but only on request, giving notice at least 24 hours in advance and subject to confirmation.

CHECK-OUT

By 10:00 sati.

• final cleaning
• sheets, towels (weekly change)
• use of the barbecue (available to all guests)

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

extra bed: 10 €/day (children up to 10 years) - 15 €/day (adults)

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

THE DAILY REASSEMBLY OF THE ROOMS IS NOT PROVIDED.

SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE APARTMENTS.
